Even if you are not registered in the Andalucian Health Service you can now receive the Covid vaccine. Here’s how:
- Download the application form in Spanish by clicking here.
- We have provided a translation in English below.
- Fill out the form and take it to your nearest health centre (Ambulatorio). See below.
- Remember to bring your identification document (eg passport).
- Once entered onto their database you will be contacted when it is time for your vaccine.
